  • Classes & Workshops: Online and in-person classes are sold via our site. Course descriptions, schedules, and fees are listed on each class page.

  • Products: We offer art prints, apparel, and other merchandise. Availability and pricing are subject to change.

  • Bookings: We support direct booking for tattoo appointments and events through our website.

  • Email Communications: By joining our email list, you consent to receive updates on book openings, travel dates, and spot availability.

3. Orders, Payments & Refunds

  • All orders are processed through secure payment gateways (e.g., Stripe, PayPal). We accept major credit cards.

  • You agree to pay all fees displayed at checkout. Sales tax applies where required.

  • Refund Policy:

    • Tattoo appointment deposits: Non-refundable.

    • Classes and other services: Non-refundable.

    • Clothing and merchandise (non-limited edition): Eligible for refund, subject to our standard return process.

    • Limited-edition prints, art, clothing, and made-to-order products: Non-refundable due to their limited or made-to-order nature.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without permission.

  • Use the Services for illegal purposes or to harass others.

  • Interfere with site security or functionality.

5. Intellectual Property
