By booking the shadowing experience, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

Cancellation Policy: Due to the limited nature of this experience, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. If you notify us more than 48 hours in advance, you may reschedule your session subject to availability. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session may result in a forfeiture of the full class fee.
No-Show Policy: If you do not show up for the scheduled session without prior notice, you will forfeit the class fee
Rescheduling: You may reschedule your session up to 48 hours before the appointment, subject to availability.
Professional Conduct: This is a professional learning environment. Any disruptive behavior may result in termination of the session without a refund.
Liability Waiver: You acknowledge that the shadowing experience is for educational purposes only. Jesse Rix and the studio are not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage during the session.
Confidentiality: You agree not to disclose any confidential information or trade secrets observed during the shadowing experience.
